Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://biggssignaturenotarytx.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Biggs Signature Notary markets and arranges Mobile Notary Services, Loan Signing Agent, Document Authentication, Notary Public, Apostille Services, Real Estate Notary, Mobile Notary, Loan Document Signing. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Intellectual Property. All content on https://biggssignaturenotarytx.com, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Biggs Signature Notary or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

Fees. Quoted prices appear in your written service agreement. Payment timing and refund policies are governed by that agreement.

Suspension. Site access may be suspended or terminated for any reason, including violation of these Terms, with or without prior notice.

Service Disclaimer. The Site and its content are made available without warranties of any kind. Biggs Signature Notary does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biggs Signature Notary's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Biggs Signature Notary in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Biggs Signature Notary against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Law and Venue. TX law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in TX.

Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
